Article text
أ - يجوز التأمين ضد الأخطار الناتجة عن الحوادث الشخصية التي ينجم عنها وفاة أو إصابة جسدية
بالعجز الكلي أو الجزئي ونفقات المعالجة.
ب- يشترط في الحادث المنصوص عليه في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة، أن يكون مفاجئا وناجما
عن سبب خارجي غير مؤكد الوقوع وغير متعمد من المؤمن عليه أو المستفيد.
ج- لطرفي عقد تأمين الحوادث الشخصية الاتفاق على أن تشمل حقوق عقد التأمين العجز الذي
يلحق بالمؤمن عليه الناجم عن مرضه أو أي حقوق أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها.
د- يقع باطلا كل شرط يرد في عقد تأمين الحوادث الشخصية يقضي بوجوب حدوث الوفاة
الناجمة عن حادث مشمول فيها خلال مدة زمنية محددة بعد وقوع الحادث.
