Insurance Contracts Law No. 11 of 2026
Article text
إذا كانت الأموال المؤم َّن عليها مثقلة برهن حيازي أو رهن تأميني أو أي تأمين عيني آخر أو حجز
قضائي، فتنتقل هذه الحقوق إلى التعويض المستحق للمؤم َّن له بمقتضى عقد التأمين ولا
يجوز للمؤم ِّن في هذه الحال أن يدفع التعويض للمؤم َّن له إلا بموافقة أصحاب هذه الحقوق إذا
كانت مسجلة لدى الجهات المختصة وتمّ تبليغ المؤم ِّن بذلك.
