Article text
أ- يلتزم المؤمّن بموجب عقد التأمين الطبي بأن يدفع للمؤمن له أو نيابة عنه النفقات الطبية
عند إصابة المؤمن له أو المؤمن عليه بأمراض معينة أو تعرضه للإصابات الجسدية التي يشملها
عقد التأمين.
ب- لطرفي عقد التأمين الطبي الاتفاق على أن تشمل حقوق عقد التأمين العجز الذي يلحق
بالمؤمن عليه الناجم عن مرضه أو أي منافع أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها.
