Article text
أ - لطرفي عقد التأمين الطبي الاتفاق أن يشمل عقد التأمين زوج المؤمن له أو أصوله أو فروعه
أو أيا من العاملين في منزله وذلك وفقا لشروط العقد.
ب- للمؤمن له في عقد التأمين الطبي طلب استبعاد مؤمن عليه أو أكثر من عقد التأمين
بسبب تغير صفته، وفي هذه الحالة يسترد المؤمن له جزءا من قسط التأمين على أساس نسبي
من تاريخ إجراء هذا الاستبعاد وحتى انتهاء العقد، ما لم يكن المؤمّن قد تحمل نفقات طبية عن
المؤمن عليه تفوق قيمة القسط المدفوع من المؤمن له عن المؤمن عليه.
