Article text
أ- للمؤم ِّن إنهاء عقد التأمين البحري إذا غادرت السفينة من مكان أو وصلت إلى مكان آخر وذلك
بخلاف المكان المتفق عليه.
ب- ما لم ينص عقد التأمين على خلاف ذلك، فإن التغيير في رحلة السفينة دون عذر يعفي
المؤم ِّن من مسؤوليته من تاريخ هذا التغيير.
