Article text
إذا تم إصدار عقد التأمين لرحلة واحدة أو أكثر فلا يشترط أن تكون السفينة أو واسطة النقل في
مكان بدء الرحلة بتاريخ إصدار العقد، على أن تبدأ الرحلة ضمن وقت معقول من ذلك التاريخ، فإذا
تأخرت عن ذلك الوقت جاز للمؤم ِّن إنهاء العقد ما لم يثبت المؤم َّن له علم المؤم ِّن قبل إصدار
العقد بالظروف التي نجم عنها التأخير في بدء الرحلة، أو أن يكون المؤم ِّن قد تنازل صراحة أو
ضمنا عن إنهاء العقد.
