Article text
أ - إذا عين في عقد التأمين عدة موانئ للتفريغ فيمكن للسفينة أن تتجه إلى أي منها أو إليها
جميعا.
ب- إذا كان عقد التأمين لرحلة بحرية واحدة أو أكثر يتم تنفيذ مسار الرحلة بالسرعة المعقولة،
وبخلاف ذلك يُعفى المؤمن من مسؤوليته اعتبارا من الوقت الذي أصبح فيه التأخير غير معقول
ما لم يكن هناك سبب قانوني يبرر ذلك.
