Article text
أ-للمؤمن له تحويل عقد التأمين البحري إلى شخص آخر حوالة صريحة أو ضمنية سواء قبل تحقق
الخطر المؤمن منه أو بعده وتنتقل له بمقتضى هذه الحوالة الحقوق والالتزامات الواردة في عقد
التأمين كافة اعتبارا من تاريخها.
ب- يبقى المحيل مسؤولا بالتضامن والتكافل مع المحال لــه عن أقساط التأمين ما لم يقم
المؤمن له بإعلام المؤمن بالحوالة.
ج- لا يعتد بأي حوالة لعقد التأمين تتم بعد تاريخ التنازل عن الأموال المؤمن عليها أو بعد زوال
المصلحة التأمينية للمؤمن له.
