Article text
أ - للمؤمن والمؤم َّن له إجراء أي تعديل أو إضافة أو تغيير على عقد التأمين بموجب ملحق يضاف
إلى عقد التأمين ويعتبر جزءا منه وفي حال التعارض بينهما تطبق الشروط والأحكام الواردة في
الملحق.
ب- بتسري شروط وأحكام ملحق عقد التأمين اعتبارا من تاريخ إصداره، ما لم يتفق على خلاف
ذلك.
