Article text
أ - تشكل بموجب أحكام هذا القانون لجنة أو أكثر لغايات تحديد مدة التعطل وتقدير نسبة العجز
للمتضررين من الحوادث المشمولة بعقود التأمين، وتحدد آلية تشكيلها ودرجاتها ومهامها
وصلاحياتها وأتعابها وجدول نسب العجز وكافة الشؤون المتعلقة بها بمقتضى نظام يصدر
وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون.
ب- لغايات الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة، يتولى البنك المركزي الأردني إعداد مشروع النظام ورفعه
إلى مجلس الوزراء.
