Article text
أ- كل من يثبت شراؤه للحقوق الناتجة عن عقد تأمين المركبات يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن (
ستة أشهر( ولا تزيد على ) ثلاث سنوات( أو بغرامة لا تقل عن )ثلاثة آلاف دينار( ولا تزيد على )ثلاثين
ألف دينار) أو بكلتا هاتين العقوبتين وفي حال التكرار تضاعف العقوبة مع الجمع بين العقوبتين.
ب- يعاقب الشريك والمتدخل والمحرض في الجريمة المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه
المادة بالعقوبة ذاتها المنصوص عليها فيها.
