Article text
أ - يعمل بأي شرط ورد في عقد التأمين يمنح المؤمن له أو المستفيد حقوقا أفضل من الحقوق
المقررة له بموجب أحكام هذا القانون.
ب- يراعى عند تطبيق احكام هذا القانون أحكام أي تشريعات منظمة للتأمين الالزامي.
