أ- على المتضرر مطالبة شركة التأمين بالتعويض رضائيا قبل اقامة الدعوى وتمكينها من اجراء
الكشف الحسي على المركبة المتضررة قبل اجراء أي اصلاح أو تغيير في ماهية الاضرار التي
لحقت بها .
ب- تلتزم شركة التأمين بالكشف على المركبة المتضررة خلال ثلاثة أيام عمل من تاريخ مراجعة
المتضرر لها وعليها تزويده بما يثبت مراجعته لها وتاريخ المراجعة .
ج- على الشركة اتخاذ قرار بشأن المطالبة الرضائية وفق الضوابط والشروط المنصوص عليها
في تعليمات أسس واجراءات تسوية وتسديد المطالبات الصادرة بمقتضى أحكام هذا النظام
خلال مدة أربعة عشر يوما من تاريخ كشفها على المركبة المتضررة.
