أ- يكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية حيثما وردت في هذا النظام المعاني المخصصة لها أدناه ما
لم تدل القرينة على غير ذلك:-

كل واقعة
ألحقت ضرراً نجم
عن استعمال
المركبة أو
الحادث : انفجارها أو
حريقها أو ثناثر أو
سقوط أشياء
منها أو حركتها أو
اندفاعها الذاتي
المؤمن له : .مالك المركبة
أي شخص تعرض
للضرر بسبب
الحادث بمن في
ذلك المؤمن له
المتضرر :
وسائق المركبة
المتسببة
بالحادث أو ورثة
أي منهما
ب- لغايات هذا النظام يقصد بكلمة (المركبة) المعنى المخصص لها في قانون السير النافذ
والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
ج- تعتمد التعاريف الواردة في القانون حيثما ورد النص عليها في هذا النظام ما لم تدل القرينة
على غير ذلك.
