أ - مع مراعاة أحكام الفقرة (ب) من هذه المادة، لا يجوز لشركة التأمين الحاصلة على أي من
الإجازات المتعلقة بتأمين المركبات أن تمتنع عن تأمين المركبة وفقاً لأحكام هذا النظام إذا
كانت مستوفية الشروط المقررة في قانون السير النافذ، وذلك تحت طائلة المسؤولية
القانونية.
ب- للمجلس إصدار تعليمات تتضمن أسساً عامة لتحديد حجم اكتتاب شركة التأمين في التأمين
الإلزامي للمركبات وفق أحكام هذا النظام.
