-: لصاحب العمل والعامل الاتفاق على اتخاذ شكل أو أكثر من أشكال العمل المرن التالية
أ- العمل عن بعد .
ب- العمل لبعض الوقت.
ج- العمل ضمن ساعات مرنة .
د- أسبوع العمل المكثف.
هـ - السنة المرنة .
و- أي شكل من أشكال العمل المرن يقرر مجلس الوزراء إضافته بناء على تنسيب الوزير .
