Article text
أ- يجب أن يكون تنظيم عقد العمل المرن بشكل خطي.
ب- يجب أن يتضمن عقد العمل المرن البيانات التالية:
1 - بيانات العامل.
2 . - بيانات المؤسسة وصاحب العمل
3 . - شكل العمل المرن المتفق عليه والمهام المطلوبة من العامل
4 . - عدد ساعات العمل المتفق عليها ووقت بدايتها ونهايتها
5 . - تاريخ بداية عقد العمل المرن ونهايته وتاريخ بداية عقد العمل الأصلي ونهايته إن وجد
6 . - مقدار الأجر والبدلات المتفق عليها
7 . - حقوق العامل وصاحب العمل والتزاماتهما
8 . - أي أمور أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها وتقتضيها طبيعة العمل
