أ- تستوفي الوزارة رسوم تراخيص مزاولة المهنة التالية:-
1 ( - 20 ) دينارا رسم ترخيص مزاولة مهنة اختصاصي او اختصاصي مساند أو فني عمل اجتماعي
. مختص أو فني عمل اجتماعي مساند
2 ( - 40 ) دينارا رسم ترخيص مزاولة مهنة اختصاصي رئيسي او اختصاصي مساند رئيسي.
3 ( - 60 . ) دينارا رسم ترخيص مزاولة مهنة اختصاصي خبير او اختصاصي مساند خبير
4 ( - 15 . ) ديناراً رسم ترخيص مزاولة مهنة عامل اجتماعي
5 ( - 15 . ) ديناراً رسم إعادة تجديد الترخيص
-: ب- تتقاضى الوزارة البدلات التالية
1 ( - 200 ) دينار بدل اعتماد الجهات والمؤسسات الخاصة لغايات إقامة البرامج والمسارات التدريبية .
2 ( - 10 . ) دنانير بدل فاقد أو تالف
ج- لا تسري أحكام الفقرتين (أ) و(ب) من هذه المادة على العاملين في الوزارات والدوائر
الحكومية والمؤسسات الرسمية العامة والمؤسسات العامة في أي من مهن العمل الاجتماعي
قبل نفاذ أحكام هذا النظام.
