بعد اكتساب الحكم الدرجة القطعية ترسل نسخة من قرار الحكم وتقرير الحالة الاجتماعية
وخلاصة الحكم إلى قاضي تنفيذ العقوبة لغايات تنفيذ بدائل العقوبات السالبة للحرية
المحكوم بها وفقا للإجراءات التالية:-
أ- تقيد القضية التنفيذية في السجل المخصص ورقياً أو الكترونياً لدى قاضي تنفيذ العقوبة
وتعطى رقماً متسلسلا.
ب- يتم إعداد ملف للقضية التنفيذية متضمنا المحضر التنفيذي و خلاصة الحكم و مذكرة تنفيذ
بدائل العقوبات السالبة للحرية و مذكرة حضور للمحكوم عليه، وقرار الحكم وتقرير الحالة
الاجتماعية.
ج- ترسل صورة من ملف القضية التنفيذية إلى المديرية لغايات البدء بالتنفيذ.
