أ- ينشأ في المجلس الصحي العالي صندوق يسمى صندوق التأمين ضد اخطاء المسؤولية
الطبية والصحية.
ب- يلتزم مكان تقديم الخدمة بالتأمين على مقدمي الخدمة العاملين لديه في هذا الصندوق .
ج- تحدد إدارة الصندوق وجميع الشؤون المتعلقة به بمقتضى نظام يصدر لهذه الغاية .
