Article text
أ- للمشتكي او ورثته التصالح مع المشتكى عليه في أي مرحلة تكون عليها الشكوى وحتى لو
كانت امام اللجنة الفنية العليا . وفي هذه الحالة تسقط هذه الشكوى ولا يلاحق المشتكى
عليه.
ب- اذا تم الصلح بعد صدور الحكم في الدعوى يوقف تنفيذ العقوبة.
ج- في الأحوال جميعها لا يؤثر الصلح على حقوق المتضرر في اللجوء للقضاء لطلب التعويض .
