يجب على مقدم الخدمة تأدية عمله وفقاً لما تقتضيه أخلاقيات المهنة ودقتها وأمانتها ووفقا
للأصول العلمية المتعارف عليها، وبما يحقق العناية اللازمة للمريض وعدم استغلال حاجته
لغرض تحقيق منفعة غير مشروعة لنفسه أو لغيره ومن دون تمييز بين المرضى والالتزام
بالتشريعات المعمول بها .
