تطبق أحكام قانون الشركات أو أي قانون آخر على أعمال التأمين والجهات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا
القانون بالقدر الذي لا تتعارض فيها تلك الأحكام مع أحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات
الصادرة بمقتضاه.
