Article text
- أ- يصدر مجلس الوزراء الأنظمة اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون .
ب- يصدر البنك المركزي التعليمات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون ويصدر المحافظ القرارات
اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
ج- للمحافظ أن يفوض أياً من نائبيه أو كليهما أو أياً من موظفي البنك المركزي بأي من
الصلاحيات المخولة له بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
