Article text
أ- لا يجوز لشركة التأمين إجراء أي تعديل علــى عقد تأسيسها أو نظامهـا الأساسـي، بما في ذلك
غاياتها أو زيادة رأس مالها أو تخفيضه، إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من البنك
المركزي.
ب- لا يجوز لشركة التأمين أن تتوقف عن ممارسة أعمالها لأي سبب كان إلا بعد الحصول على
موافقة خطية مسبقة من البنك المركزي.
