يفقد عضو مجلس إدارة شركة التأمين عضويته بقرار يتخذه المجلس وذلك في أي من الحالتين
التاليتين:-
أ- إذا فقد أي شرط من الشروط الواجب توافرها في عضويته في مجلس إدارة شركة التأمين وفقا
لأحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
ب- إذا قرر المجلس تنحية رئيس أو أي من أعضاء مجلس إدارة شركة التأمين لأسباب مبررة.
