لا يجوز لمن فقد عضويته في مجلس إدارة شركة التأمين لأي سبب من الاسباب أن يكون رئيساً أو
عضوا في مجلس إدارة أي شركة تأمين أخرى بصفته الشخصية أو بصفته ممثلاً عن أي مساهم أو
أن يعمل فيها أو أن يقدم خدمات إليها دون الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من البنك
المركزي.
