أ- لشركة التأمين القيام بأعمال إعادة التأمين في أي فرع من فروع التأمين المرخص لها
بممارستها شريطة ألا تتجاوز أقساط إعادة التأمين النسب المنصوص عليها في تعليمات تصدر
لهذه الغاية.
ب- لشركة التأمين إجراء إعادة التأمين داخل المملكة أو خارجها وفق المعايير والضوابط الواردة
في تعليمات تصدر لهذه الغاية.
