لشركات التأمين أن تنشئ فيما بينها مجمعا تأمينيا واحداً أو أكثر لإدارة فرع من فروع التأمين أو أي
عملية بذاتها لحسابها وفقا للنظام الداخلي لكل مجمع، شريطة الحصول على الموافقة
الخطية المسبقة للبنك المركزي على إنشاء أي منها ووفقاً لتعليمات تصدر لهذه الغاية.
