يلتزم مجلس إدارة شركة التأمين بتقديم حساباته الختامية المصدقة والموقعة من المحاسب
القانوني الخارجي إلى البنك المركزي خلال مدة لا تتجاوز شهرين من نهاية السنة المالية، كما
يلتزم مجلس الادارة بالحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من البنك المركزي قبل توجيه الدعوة
إلى المساهمين لاجتماع الهيئة العامة بشأنها أو عرضها على الهيئة العامة للمساهمين.
