Article text
أ- يحظر على شركة التأمين توزيع أي أرباح على المساهمين إلا بموافقة مسبقة من البنك
المركزي، ولا يجوز للهيئة العامة لمساهمي شركة التأمين أن تقرر توزيع أي أرباح نقدية أو عينية
على المساهمين إلا في حدود ما وافق عليه البنك المركزي.
ب- لا يجوز للشركة أن توزع أرباحاً على المساهمين قبل تغطية كامل المصاريف التأسيسية
والمصاريف التي لا تقابلها موجودات حقيقية وقبل إطفاء أي خسائر لحقت بها مهما كان
نوعها، وتجوز بموافقة البنك المركزي تغطية تلك المصاريف وإطفاء هذه الخسائر خلال مدة لا
تزيد على خمس سنوات.
