- أ - تسري على اندماج شركات التأمين الأحكام المتعلقة باندماج الشركات الواردة في قانون
الشركات وذلك فيما لم يرد عليه نص خاص في هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة
بمقتضاه.
. ب- تحدد طرق اندماج شركات التأمين حسب نوع التأمين بموجب تعليمات تصدر لهذه الغاية
