- أ- لا يجوز لشركة التأمين أن تشرع في أي اجراء من اجراءات الاندماج قبل الحصول على موافقة
خطية مسبقة من البنك المركزي وضمن الضوابط والشروط التي يحددها لهذه الغاية.
ب- يعين البنك المركزي الخبراء والمختصين في لجنة التقدير التي تشكل وفقاً لأحكام قانون
الشركات لإتمام عملية الاندماج.
