Article text
أ- مع مراعاة أحكام قانون الشركات، تنتقل حكماً إلى شركة التأمين الدامجة أو الناتجة من
الاندماج جميع الالتزامات والمطلوبات والموجودات القائمة لدى شركة التأمين المندمجة، دون
حاجة للحصول على موافقة المؤمن لهم أو المستفيدين أو أي شخص آخر.
ب- تحل شركة التأمين الدامجة أو الناتجة من الاندماج محل شركة التأمين المندمجة في جميع
الامور والإجراءات بما في ذلك الدعاوى والإجراءات القضائية المقامة منها أو ضدها وتعتبر خلفا
قانونيا وواقعيا للشركة المندمجة .
