للمصفي، بموافقة مسبقة من البنك المركزي، أن يقترض باسم شركة التأمين تحت التصفية
ما يلزمه من أموال لتمكينه من إتمام أعمال التصفية، وله أن يرهن أيا من موجودات شركة
التأمين أو حقوقها ضمانا لذلك.
