للمصفي بعد الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من البنك المركزي أو بناء على طلب
( مجموعة من الدائنين العاديين الذين تزيد ديونهم على 50 ) من مجموع الديون العادية تسديد %
الدين المضمون برهن ورفع إشارة الرهن عن المال المرهون وإعادته لحساب التصفية.
