Article text
إذا وجدت لدى شركة التأمين تحت التصفية أي سندات
باعتبارها مؤتمنة عليها أو حارسة لها أو ما شابه ذلك من
حالات، فلا تعتبر هذه السندات من ضمن موجودات شركة
التأمين تحت التصفية وتعاد إلى أصحابها شريطة أن
يسددوا جميع الالتزامات المترتبة عليهم تجاه شركة
التأمين.
