ينحصر استخدام المخصصات الفنية المطلوب الاحتفاظ بها لدى شركة التأمين وفق أحكام هذا
القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه في تسديد حقوق المؤمن لهم والمستفيدين،
ويعتبر أي مبلغ تحصل عليه شركة التأمين تبعاً لترتيبات إعادة التأمين جزءا من تلك المخصصات.
