أ- على المصفي أن ينهي أعمال التصفية خلال ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ صدور قرار التصفية، ويجوز
تمديدها بموافقة المجلس للمدة التي يراها مناسبة.
ب- تنتهي إجراءات التصفية ويتم فسخ شركة التأمين بقرار من المجلس، ويتم تبليغ قرار الفسخ
إلى دائرة مراقبة الشركات لشطب تسجيلها، وعلى مراقب الشركات نشر قرار فسخ شركة
التأمين في صحيفتين محليتين يوميتين الأوسع انتشارا، وتعتبر شركة التأمين منقضية من تاريخ
نشر قرار فسخها في الجريدة الرسمية.
