إذا تبين للبنك المركزي أن هناك موجودات منقولة أو غير منقولة أو حقوق متبقية لشركة
التأمين تحت التصفية بعد صدور القرار بفسخها، فللمجلس تعيين مصفٍ جديد أو تكليف
المصفي السابق لغايات التصرف في تلك الموجودات أو تحصيل تلك الحقوق وتسويتها وفق
أحكام هذا القانون.
