تطبق الأحكام الواردة في هذا القانون الخاصة بتصفية شركة التأمين على شركات التأمين
التي تقرر تصفيتها قبل نفاذ أحكام هذا القانون بموجب أحكام قانون تنظيم أعمال التأمين
( رقم 33 ) لسنة 1999 وتعديلاته شريطة ان لا يؤثر ذلك على المراكز القانونية التي نشأت قبل
نفاذ أحكام هذا القانون .
