Article text
أ- ينشأ بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون صندوق لتعويض المؤمن لهم أو المستفيدين في حال
صدور قرار بتصفية شركة التأمين وعدم كفاية موجودات شركة التأمين تحت التصفية لتسديد
الالتزامات المستحقة عليها للمؤمن لهم والمستفيدين.
ب- للمجلس أن يقرر استخدام أموال هذا الصندوق لتمويل الاجراءات المتخذة وفقا لأحكام البنود
( من 1 ) ( الى 3 ) ( من الفقرة )أ( من المادة 45 ) من هذا القانون إذا كانت تكلفة تلك الإجراءات اقل
من تكلفة قرار التصفية.
