( تطبق أحكام المواد 11 ) ( و 42 ) ( و 45 ) من هذا القانون على
شركة إدارة أعمال التأمين ومجلس ادارتها أو هيئة مديريها
ومديرها وباقي موظفيها بالقدر الذي لا تتعارض فيه مع
طبيعة أعمالها.
