للبنك المركزي فرض غرامة مالية لا تقل عن ألف دينار ولا تزيد على مائة ألف دينار على أي من
مقدمي الخدمات التأمينية في حال مخالفتهم أحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات
الصادرة بمقتضاه.
