- أ- يشكل المحافظ لجنة أو أكثر تسمى (لجنة حل نزاعات التأمين) تتولى النظر في الشكاوى
المقدمة من المؤمن لهم والمستفيدين والمتعلقة بأي من أعمال التأمين والبت فيها وتكون
قرارات اللجنة ملزمة للشركة ولأي جهة مرخصة وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون اذا ارتضى مقدم
الشكوى بقرارها .
ب- تحدد اجراءات عمل اللجنة وسائر الشؤون المتعلقة بها بمقتضى تعليمات تصدر لهذه الغاية
.
ج- يترتب على تقديم أي شكوى متعلقة بأعمال التأمين أمام لجنة حل نزاعات التأمين وقف مدة
التقادم.
د- تحال الشكاوى المنظورة أمام لجنة حل نزاعات التأمين المشكلة بموجب قانون تنظيم
( أعمال التأمين رقم 33 ) لسنة 1999 وتعديلاته إلى اللجنة المنصوص عليها في هذه المادة .
