على شركات التأمين ومقدمي الخدمات التأمينية مراعاة السرية التامة في الأمور الخاصة بأعمال
التأمين والخدمات التي تقدمها، ويحظر إعطاء أي بيانات عن تلك الأعمال والخدمات وعن
المؤمن لهم والمستفيدين في غير الحالات المسموح بها بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون، ويستمر
هذا الحظر قائماً ولو انتهت العلاقة مع المؤمن لهم والمستفيدين.
