يحظر على أي من موظفي شركات التأمين ومقدمي الخدمات التأمينية أو أي من موظفيها
السابقين إعطاء أي معلومات أو بيانات عن المؤمن لهم أو المستفيدين أو تمكين الغير من
الاطلاع عليها في غير الحالات المسموح بها بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون، ويسري هذا الحظر
على كل من يطلع بحكم مهنته أو وظيفته أو عمله بطريق مباشر أو غير مباشر على تلك البيانات
والمعلومات بما في ذلك موظفو البنك المركزي والمحاسبون القانونيون الخارجيون وأي
شخص يقوم البنك المركزي بتكليفه لتقييم أي جوانب تتعلق بأعمال التأمين للجهات
الخاضعة لرقابته بموجب أحكام هذا القانون.
