Insurance Business Regulation Law No. 12 of 2021
Article text
( يستثنى من أحكام المادتين 88 ) ( و 89 ) من هذا القانون كل من:-
أ- البنك المركزي عند قيامه بأعماله ومهامه وفق أحكام هذا القانون.
ب- شركات التأمين ومقدمي الخدمات التأمينية وأي جهة أخرى يوافق عليها البنك المركزي عند
تبادل المعلومات الخاصة بعقود التأمين.
ج- أي من الجهات التي تمارس أعمال التأمين أو الخدمات التأمينية إذا تم ذلك لإثبات حقها في
نزاع قضائي نشأ بينها وبين عميلها بشأن أي معاملة تتعلق بعقود التأمين أو الخدمات التأمينية.
د- المحاسب القانوني الخارجي أو الاكتواري الملزم بالإفصاح عن أي معلومات أو بيانات وفق
أحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
