أ- تعتبر جميع المعلومات والبيانات الإفرادية التي تقدم للبنك المركزي وفق أحكام هذا القانون
معلومات وبيانات سرية لا يجوز إطلاع أي شخص أو هيئة عليها إلا من خلال البيانات الإحصائية
المجمعة التي ينشرها البنك من آن لاخر.
ب- للبنك المركزي تبادل المعلومات الخاصة بقطاع التأمين مع الهيئات والمؤسسات المنظمة
والمشرفة على القطاع المالي داخل المملكة وخارجها، بما في ذلك الجهات المختصة
بمكافحة الاحتيال في أعمال التأمين شريطة المعاملة بالمثل إذا جرى هذا التبادل مع جهات خارج
المملكة وأن تتوافر لدى تلك الجهات الضمانات الكافية للمحافظة على سرية المعلومات التي
يتم تزويدها بها.
