Article text
أ- تتم تصفية ذمة الإعسار وفقا لخطة التصفية التي يضعها وكيل الإعسار خلال مدة عشرين
يوما من تاريخ بدء مرحلة التصفية، وللمحكمة تمديد هذه المدة لمدة لا تتجاوز عشرة أيام لأسباب
مبررة.
ب- تودع خطة التصفية لدى المحكمة ولدى وكيل الإعسار وللمدين ودائنيه والعاملين لديه ابداء
ملاحظاتهم واعتراضاتهم عليها لدى وكيل الإعسار خلال مدة خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ إيداعها
لدى المحكمة.
ج- لوكيل الإعسار خلال مدة خمسة أيام من تاريخ انتهاء المدة المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (ب)
من هذه المادة أن يأخذ بالملاحظات والاعتراضات كليا أو جزئيا ويعدل الخطة أو أن يبقيها دون
تغيير ويقدمها للمحكمة وعلى المحكمة اعتمادها بشكلها النهائي خلال مدة خمسة أيام من
تاريخ ورودها اليهـــا .
